A gilt bronze and patinated clock with a chariot representing an allegory of Louisiana, the dial with Roman numerals inscribed in the wheel of a bige led by a female figure, with an American Indian behind, resting on a base decorated with foliage The dial signed Deverberie in Paris. Consulate period (small accidents). Height : 34 cm 34 cm ; Width : 45 cm ; Depth : 12,5 cm Provenance: Collection of Jean Nicolay (1890-1959), then by descent to the present owners.
