German hunting harquebus with inner wheel. Rifled barrel, rifled, with leafed-up stock, decorated with gold at the muzzle and thunder, signed "BALTHASER ZELNER S.P." and stamped. Lock with inner wheel and dog engraved with foliated rinceaux and a rider (highly oxidized platinum tail). Engraved, chiselled, cut-out brass fittings with hunting scenes and foliage rinceaux. Finger rest trigger guard, hair trigger. Walnut stock with drawer. Accidents and misses on the barrel around the lock. End of the 17th century.
