Hallmarks: coq premier titre de Paris, 1798/1809; moyenne garantie de Paris, 1798/1809; goldsmith "Dehanne" Pierre-Joseph, 26 rue des Marmousets; inscription: reçu maître orfèvre pour Paris, le 17 décembre 1785, 1798-1799. Jean-Baptiste Treilhard, Count of the Empire (1742-1810), lawyer at the Paris Parliament, elected to the Salut Public in 1793; elected to the Council of Five Hundred and Elders; was called to the Directory on 15 May 1798, replacing François de Neufchâteau, but his election was overturned during the coup d'état de prairial ; After the coup d'état de brumaire, he was appointed vice-president of the Paris Court of Appeal and, on 27 fructidor year X, he joined the Conseil d'État as a life member, was rapporteur to the tribunate at the Sénatus Consulte relating to the proclamation of the Empire.
