Strong sword transformed into a hunting knife. Fuse filigree iron and silver lamé (later). Iron mounting, hilt with one main limb, two secondary limbs, basket shape, hilt with ring and counter-ring, teardrop-shaped quillon. Short curved blade with flat back (shortened). Length: 73 cm. Fairly good condition (pitting). Early 18th century. Provenance: Collection of Monsieur F. EXPERT: Arnaud DE GOUVION SAINT-CYR.
