BERLIOZ Hector. Autograph letter signed H. Berlioz to a Breslau music lover, Ferdinand Friedland. Dresden, Hotel de l'Ange d'or, April 14 [1854]; 3 pages in-8. He will never forget the favor Friedland did him when he left for Russia (1847). "Mme Friedland thought she would find a piano at my place and be able to let me hear your young virtuoso.
