He will never forget the favor Friedland did him when he left for Russia (1847). "Mme Friedland thought she would find a piano at my place and be able to let me hear your young virtuoso. Present in Dresden until May 2, he planned concerts at the theater on the 22nd and 29th: "We will give Faust, Romeo and Juliet, Flight into Egypt, King Lear". [These concerts took place].
